Cotiviti designed RAC Info to assist providers in working more efficiently with the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program.
The website and provider portal allow the provider to obtain VARAC correspondence examples, obtain and comment on Preliminary Audit Plans, obtain Final Audit Plans, obtain FAQ’s, access Cotiviti VARAC provider portal and Cotiviti VARAC contact information. The provider portal allows providers to customize their contact information to receive medical records requests, obtain dispute, appeal correspondence and additional documentation tracking.
